Terms and Conditions

At Nouv Tanning, we fully believe in the quality and usefulness of our products. If you are dissatisfied with your Nouv Tanning product purchased or any of the services that we have provided you for any reason, contact Nouv Tanning Customer Service. We will determine the best way to compensate for the dissatisfaction; making sure that you are happy with our resolution. Nouv Tanning reserves the right to determine whether or not to issue a full or partial refund in such cases.  This decision will be made at our sole discretion.

Nouv Tanning further warrants to the original purchaser that our products are free from defects in materials and quality for one year from the original purchase date. If, after inspection, we find that the product is defective in materials or quality, we will replace it (at our discretion) without charge. This warranty does not cover accidental damage, misuse, abuse, improper care or alteration, or the natural breakdown from exposure to the sun that may occur from the temperature. It also excludes claims for incidental or consequential loss. This warranty applies to products sold by Nouv Tanning through any one of our services offered.

Nouv Tanning, Inc. shall have no liability or responsibility to the purchaser or any other person for any special, incidental or consequential losses or damages caused or alleged to be caused directly or indirectly by the product.

Except for the express warranty stated above, Nouv Tanning, Inc. makes no other warranties with respect to the product, expressed or implied, including but not limited to merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
